4. Regular attendance is a must. Prior permission should be taken from the principal for every leave of absence except in case of emergency. Attendance is compulsory for weekly test, unit tests, terminal examinations and all school functions.
5. If a student is absent from the school for 15 consecutive days without submitting a leave application, his/her name will be removed from the roll.
6. Medical certificate from the registered medical practitioners should be produced for absence of more than 5 consecutive working days.
7. Students shall greet the teachers, elders and companions respectfully when they meet any day for the first time.
8. In the absence of the teacher, the class is expected to remain disciplined and silent under the guidance of the class leader.
9. Late arrival and early going must be reported at school front office.
10. Text books, Note books, and other learning materials must be kept in proper conditions and brought to school as per the time table and requirement.
11. Students must not leave the school campus during working hours without the permission of principal.
12. Discipline must be maintained during intervals, bio-breaks and PET time
13. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones to the campus.
14. Habitual want of absence, indulge in unhealthy habits and offensive behaviour demand solemn corrective measure.
15. Students must not bring jewellery or valuables to the school. The school is not responsible for the loss of such objects.
16. No damage should be done to the school property. Violation of this may invite serious consequences.
17. Every student must hold high reputation of the school.
18. No students should be seen loitering about during the class hours.
19. Students who leave the school in the middle of the academic year have to remit the fee of the full academic year before collecting their TC.

4. Repetition in the same class twice disqualifies a student from continuing in the school. TC will be issued in such cases.
5. TC may be issued on demand to the students who would like to leave the school. An application should be submitted duly signed by the parent in this regard.
6. The student wants to leave during the academic year is supposed to pay the full fees.
TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Parents/Guardian are expected to be aware of the following, rules and regulations.
1. Every/parent is a member of PTA. They should ensure their presence in the meetings conducted by the school.
2. They should see that their wards respect the rules regarding uniform, attendance etc.
3. They should take care of the study habits, execution of home assignments etc of their wards.
4. Outing, tours visits to relatives etc. on working days should be avoided.
5. They should ensure that their wards do not take leave from any assessment. They should ensure that leave letters of their wards are sent in time.
6. Parents or their representatives must not contact their wards during school hours without the permission of the principal.
7. School transport will be available on the routes determined by the school authorities. Routes may be changed to suit operational convenience. The school takes no responsibility whatsoever for any delay, accident etc. Those who prefer school transports may do so at their own risk.
8. Parents should be present on the Open house/Class PTAS in frequent intervals and other meeting and sign the achievement record of their wards.
9. All messages communicated by the teachers should be promptly responded.
10. Communication regarding their wards should be written in the school diary and signed. The wards are to be insisted to inform the teacher concerned and get his/her signature. Change of address if any must be intimated promptly.
11. Parents should cooperate with the school authorities for the improvement of the children.
12. Any suggestion for the betterment of the children is always welcome. Students and parents can make use of the suggestion box.
13. Parent should be seen that all dues are cleared before the students admitted to terminal and final assessment.
14. Parents should see that their ward who wants to make use of the canteen facility buy the coupons in advance from the school office.
15. All parents should attend the concerned PTA meetings as scheduled in the diary.
16. Hostel students should be accompanied by the guardians to and from the school.

3. Stay quiet in the bus and follow the instructions of driver and the helper.
4. Wait for the bus to stop before you get off.
5. Do not keep head, hands and arms out of the window.

5. Reference books may not be taken out of the Library. If the borrowed book is not returned to the Library on the due date, a fine of Re. I per day will be imposed.
6. Borrowers are required to examine the books at the time of borrowing and report to the Librarian of any damage, loss of pages and pictures etc.
7. Borrowers are not permitted to pass on the book to others.
8. Books borrowed shall be kept neatly. Avoid marking, underlining, or any kind of defacing of the books.
9. If books are lost or damaged the borrower has to pay the amount three times more than the actual price.
